What is IMM?

Integrated Myofascial Release & Muscle Energy Technique (IMM Technique©)
is a combined type of manual therapy which focuses on rehabilitation and the effective treatment of common musculoskeletal & neurological conditions.

The IMM technique© efficiently releases the tightness and adhesion of the tissues starting from superficial fascial level, the muscle, tendon and deep fascia layer, all the way to the joint capsule and ligament levels.

This results in an increased range of motion, reduced soreness/pain, and measurable structural or functional changes for the purpose of patient treatment and rehabilitation.
