Acupressure is an ancient healing art. Finger pressure is used on key points to stimulate the body's natural self-healing ability. There are different methods of Acupressure. Each type has distinctive characteristics that incorporates unique ways of touching and interacting with clients. "Shiatsu approach" is used in Acupressure. 

What is Shiatsu?

"Shiatsu" is a Japanese word meaning "finger pressure" a form of therapy of Japanese origin based on the same principles as acupuncture, in which pressure is applied to certain points on the body using the hands.
